The 7th September 2019 is FryerMiles’ second anniversary!
Leo Miles, FryerMiles Director, commented: “It has been another great year for the business, and I am immensely proud of how far we’ve come. We couldn’t have achieved any of it without the continued support from our fantastic clients and candidates, and of course the incredible FryerMiles team members. The company is continuing to expand and thrive, and I cannot wait to see what we will have achieved by this time next year!”
Looking back – how the journey began
The FryerMiles Founders had built strong reputations within the recruitment industry and had almost 30 years combined experience in the accountancy and finance industry, so starting their own business within the sector was the natural next step.
They wanted to create a recruitment company that would do things a bit differently – in particular they were passionate about building long-term business relationships with clients and candidates; saving them time, money, stress and resources by getting the right people in to the right roles, first time.
September 2017 saw the launch of FryerMiles, a business committed to providing high-quality recruitment solutions and exceptional service within their specialist market of accountancy and finance.
The second year – highlights
- December 2018 – FryerMiles welcomes Chay Davis to the team as Senior Consultant
- April 2019 – FryerMiles Director, Leo Miles, successfully completes the London Marathon in support of The Institute of Cancer Research
- July 2019 – Senior Consultant, Laura Salisbury, celebrates her first year within the business
- July 2019 – FryerMiles announces a key appointment to the Senior Team as Joe Bradley joins the business as Joint Managing Director
- September 2019 – FryerMiles turns 2!
Anniversary Celebrations
The team celebrated their 2nd year with an incredible lunch at The Woodspeen, a Michelin-star restaurant in West Berkshire.
Joe Bradley, FryerMiles Director, commented: “It was great to get the team together to mark another milestone for the business, not one that could’ve been achieved without their hard-work and commitment. I feel very fortunate to be part of such an energetic and positive team and look forward to what our third year will bring!”
