The referral scheme

Please refer a friend or colleague to us and you could receive £100 Love2shop vouchers*

In our experience great candidates and clients tend to know like-minded people.
So if you know someone looking for a new opportunity or with one to fill, why not refer them? You could earn yourself £100 Love2shop vouchers* as a thank you from us.

How does it work?

• Firstly, get the permission of the person you’d like to refer
• Fill in the online referral form shown above
• If the CV or vacancy you refer leads directly to a permanent placement via FryerMiles, you will be notified by a member of our team that you are eligible for a referral payment
• Subject to the candidate remaining in the role for more than 13 weeks the £100 in Love2shop vouchers will be paid to you in the following quarter
• Refer as many people as you like, you are eligible for £100 vouchers for each successful referral.

*Terms & Conditions £100 Love2shop vouchers per successful referral. If the person referred by you previously subsequently applies to a more recent job advertisement you will not be eligible for a referral payment. If more than one person makes the same referral, the referral leading directly to the placement will receive the vouchers. If a candidate is already on our database then they will not be accepted as a referral. Successful referral payments will be made on a quarterly basis, after the candidate has completed their 13 weeks employment. Payment will be made in the quarter following the 13th week of a candidates employment. Please be aware FryerMiles retain the right to alter or terminate this scheme without any requirement to notify any of the other parties involved.
